Picnic Challenge

Time for some summer fun with the 

Eureka! Stamps Challenge.

This weeks theme is 

"Picnics"

I used "Lady Bug Border" (#25302) and 

"Eureka Butterfly" (#9702)

both from Eureka! Stamps

I started by making my background with water color crayons.

While the background was drying,

I stamped the Butterfly, colored it with colored pencils

and fussy cut it.

Once the background was dry I stamped the 

Lady Bug Border directly onto the background.

I colored the ladybugs with red ink.

I wove some small strips of paper to make the basket weave, 

and hand drew the basket and cut it.

I added some strips of paper for the handles attaching them with brads.

I then adhered the entire piece to a white card stock base.
