My Other Pages

To make it easier to read about our trip to Ireland, I have made a page that is just for that. There is a tab above for Ireland Trip 2014 or click on the Home tab to read my other posts. I have also created a new page for My Weight Loss Journey if you are interested in that, click on the tab above.

Wedding Scrapbook

Hello friends!

Today I was at my nephew and nieces for a get together and was so excited to be able to surprise them with the Wedding Scrapbooks that I made for them.
They got married in October and I started working on it a while before the wedding, as it includes their engagement party, bridal tea and bachlorette party.
I loved making this for them and so glad that they love it.

I had so many layouts for this project, that I ended up putting it into 2 books.  I wanted something special, so I made slip on covers to go over the covers of the books.

I used pictures from the wedding, printed transfers and used my heat press to mount the pictures on fabric.  I then got the trusty sewing machine out and created some covers.  I was very pleased with the way they turned out, especially since I was making it up as I went.
This cover is on the first book.  It is a picture of the "program" from their wedding and a tissue packet that we found on our seats.

This is the second album and this is one of my favorite pictures from the wedding.  Aren't they a beautiful couple?!?!  And they are as nice and sweet as they look.
Love those kids!

I will be posting layouts from the books in some upcoming posts.
It was a beautiful wedding and I had a wonderful time creating this especially for them.

Thanks for stopping by today!  As always, I'd love for you to leave me a comment.

Until next time, Happy Crafting!
